It's simple:

→ After the call, you'll receive an intake form and an asset upload link
→ Once everything's in, work begins.

For branding, expect about two weeks from start to final files. You'll see a moodboard within two business days of submitting your intake form, then round one concepts after approval, with finals delivered no later than two weeks in. For websites, once all your content (copy, photos, assets) is submitted, your site will be ready within the week — literally.

Every package includes 2 rounds of revisions. For branding, you'll give feedback after the moodboard and again after the first round of concepts. For websites, you'll have 2 rounds once the site is live in preview. Revisions are collaborative — your feedback shapes the direction.

For websites: your copy (the words on each page), photos, and any existing brand assets. For branding: just show up — that's what the intake form and strategy session are for. Don't worry if things aren't perfectly polished; that's what Chloe is here for.
